- Establish a common green structure, connecting the lots borders with the common areas
- Design the residential gardens as autonomous spaces
- Preserve the native species Baobab (Andasonia digitata) e Candelabra tree (Euphorbia conspícua)
Residential condominium comprised by 66 villas, located South of Luanda, in a hill facing Mussulo and the ocean.
